12.4 Profile settings
User Profiles allows you to adjust the ring setting of your
SPEAKEASY 300 according to different environments.
There are 4 preset profiles – Standard, Conference,
Outdoor and Indoor. Each profile consists of the following
settings:
 Tone
 SMS alert tone
 Alarm tone
 Alert Type
 Ring Tone Volume
 Key volume
 Vibrating
 Spoken no.
You can use the default settings or customise them as
desired.
12.4.1 Activate a profile setting
1. From the home screen, press to enter the main menu.
2. Scroll to Settings > Profiles and press .
3. Scroll to your preferred profile (Standard, Conference,
Outdoor or Indoor) and press twice to confirm and
set the profile as default.
4. Press to return to the home screen.
12.4.2 Personalise a profile setting
1. From the home screen, press to enter the main menu.
2. Scroll to Settings > Profiles and press .
3. Scroll to the profile you wish to personalise (Standard,
Conference, Outdoor or Indoor) and press .
4. Scroll to Personalize and press .
