Fresh urea solutions should be prepared and used the day of chromatography. Unused solutions can be stored at 4°C and be used within 7 days, or stored at –20°C for up to 6 months and thawed once prior to use. Shelf life The urea packs are stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt.
