PRECAUTIONS BEFORE USE
1. Do not confus e self-monitoring with self-diagnoses. Blood press ure
measurements shoul d only be interpreted by a health professional who is
familiar with your medical history.
2. If you are taking medication, consult with your physic ian to determi ne the
most appropr iate time to measure your blood pressure. NEVER change a
prescribed medication without first consulting with your physi cian.
3. For persons with irr egular or unstable peripheral circulation problems due to
diabetes, liver disease, hardening of the arteries, etc., there may be fluctuation
in blood pressu re values measured at the upper arm versus at the wrist.
4. This device is designed for adult s to use if use this devi ce on a child patient,
old people or toddlers, consult with your physi cian or measure with rel ative aid.
5. Measureme nts may be impaired if this device is use near televisions,
microwave ovens, X-ra y mobile phone equipmen t or other devi ces with stro ng
electrical fields. To prevent such int erference, use the meter at a sufficient
distance from such devices or turn them off.
6. This device is not suitable for disease diagn oses, urgent tre atment, continuous
monitoring during medic al emergen cies or operations.
7. Before using, shoul d wash your hand.
8. If there is overmuch press ure or you feel uncomf ortable, please press
"POWER" button immedi ately for quick defl ation.
