Check the fasteners regularly.
Ensure that only operators trained and familiar with security measures
use SST-A for PC4200.
Draw the drawers only by the handle provided for this purpose.
4.2. Hazards of RF radiation
The SST-A electronic system antennas each emit a frequency of 13.56 MHz
with a maximum power output of -6,40dBµA/m at 3m (less than the
42dBµA/m limit threshold).
ELECTROMEDICAL EQUIPMENT requires special precautions regarding EMC.
The SST-A for PC4200 must be installed and put into service according to the
EMC information provided by the ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS.
Portable or mobile RF communications devices may affect ELECTROMEDICAL
EQUIPMENT
The use of ACCESSORIES, transducers and cables other than those specified,
except for transducers and cables sold by the EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER
or EM SYSTEM as replacement parts for internal components, may result in an
increase in EMISSIONS or a decrease in the IMMUNITY of the DEVICE or EM
SYSTEM.
The DEVICE or EM SYSTEM should not be used alongside other devices or
stacked with them.
The DEVICE or the EM SYSTEMS may be interfered with by other devices,
even if they comply with the CISPR EMISSION REQUIREMENTS.
4.3. Electromagnetic compatibility
While the SST-A complies with current electromagnetic compatibility standards, users must
ensure that any electromagnetic interference does not create additional risk, such as RF
transmitters or other electronic devices.
In this chapter you will find the information you need to ensure the best possible installation
and use of the SST-A in terms of electromagnetic compatibility.
The different cords of the SST-A must be placed far apart.
