Always follow the cleaning product manufacturers’ instructions regarding
temperature, dosage, acting time, etc.
After completing all cleaning operations, check that the device is operational.
6 First-level maintenance.
This chapter describes the actions you may be required to perform if a first-level fault occurs
during use of the SST-HD.

Potentially no tray may be
detected in the position under
which the red indicator is
displayed
If there is a tray:
Check that the tray is correctly
positioned
If the problem persists, transfer the
tray’s contents to an operational tray
and inform the member of staff in
charge of maintenance so that
corrective maintenance can be carried
out
Red indicator on the front
of a satellite
There may be a
communication fault (>4
minutes) or an electrical fault
on the antennas and satellite
Transfer its contents to an operational tray
and inform the member of staff in charge of
maintenance so that corrective maintenance
can be carried out.
