3. To fasten the Orthosis strap, grasp the handle of the elastic strap with
the fingers of the opposite hand (see Figure 7), then hook your thumb
around the cradle in order to hold the Orthosis in place while you pull the
handle around the cradle.

Fastening the strap can be performed with one hand although if
the other hand is functional, it can also be used.
