This connector is for connecting to LCD for providing backlight control function.

USB 2.0 Headers

The mainboard provides 1 front USB pin headers, allowing up to 2 additional

USB 2.0 ports up to maximum throughput of 480 Mbps. Connect the USB

cable into the pin header for using high-speed USB interface peripherals.
