6. POWER MANAGEMENT SETUP
The Power Management Setup Menu allows you to configure your system to
utilize energy conservation and power up/power down features.
6.1 ACPI FUNCTION
This item displays the status of the Advanced Configuration and Power
Management (ACPI).
The Choices: Enabled (default), Disabled.
6.2 ACPI SUSPEND TYPE
The item allows you to select the suspend type under the ACPI operating
system.
The Choices: S1 (POS) (default) Power on Suspend
S3 (ST R) Suspend to RAM
S1 + S3 POS+STR
6.3 POWER MANAGEMENT OPT ION
This category allows you to select the type (or degree) of power saving
and is directly related to the following modes:
1. HDD Powe r Do wn.
2. Doze Mode.
3. Suspend Mode.
There are four options of Power Management, three of which have fixed
mode settings
Min. Saving
Minimum power management.
