Description
Measured input voltage from backplane power connector B is too low. This is a
hardware fault either on FOI or DMF or a PSU.
NOC Actions
Check if any other cards in the same rack produce the same errors
. If not this
may be just the FOI that has a problem. If other cards are reporting the same
issue then this is likely to be a PSU or backplane fault.
Field Actions
If just one board is alarming try to replace that board. If several boar
ds are
alarming, attempt to replace the PSU. If that does not help replace the DMF
transferring all cards to the new DMF.
