Q1: How to download the app.
A1: If you receive the product,In order for you to use the latest features
of this Smart lock,It is recommended to search for "OKLOK" in google
play orapp store to download the latest version of the software.
This is more perfect to use.
Q2: Currently only registered accounts are allowed to register via email.
Enter the email address and to get the verification code.
A2: Please connect to the network (WiFi or cellular network), restart the
software and try again.
Q3: If the verification code is sent successfully, the mailbox will not receive
the verification code.
A3: Because [e-mail] is the address of the mailbox that is often used

Q4: After installing the app, you need to get camera permissions and get the location.

A6: This lock is a low-power 3C product. You must touch the fingerprint head with
your thumb before unlocking.Activate BT and devices,After the lock is completed,
it will enter the sleep state within 3-5s.
