30. ASKING FOR HELP
Bitdefender provides its customers with an unparalleled level of fast and
accurate support. If you experience any issue or if you have any question
about your Bitdefender product, you can use several online resources to find
a solution or an answer. At the same time, you can contact the Bitdefender
Customer Care team. Our support representatives will answer your questions
in a timely manner and will provide you with the assistance you need.
The Solving common issues (p. 144) section provides the necessary
information regarding the most frequent issues you may encounter when
using this product.
If you do not find an answer to your question in the provided resources, you
can contact us directly:

“Contact us through our online Support Center” (p. 170)
Important
To contact the Bitdefender Customer Care you must register your Bitdefender
product. For more information, please refer to Registering Bitdefender (p. 36).
Contact us directly from your Bitdefender product
If you have a working Internet connection, you can contact Bitdefender for
assistance directly from the product interface.
Follow these steps:
1. Open the Bitdefender window.
2. Click the icon at the top of the window and select Help & Support from
the drop-down menu.
3. You have the following options:
Product Documentation
Access our database and search for the necessary information.
Contact Support
Use the Contact Support button to launch the Bitdefender Support Tool
and contact the Customer Care Department. You can navigate through
the wizard using the Next button. To exit the wizard, click Cancel.
