1. System Requirements
Before installing the product, make sure that your system meets the following minimum
system requirements:
● Operating system:
 Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4 and Update Rollup 1
 Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 1

● Exchange 2003 Standard or Enterprise or
● Exchange 2000 Standard or Enterprise with Service Pack 3
● Internet Explorer 6 or higher
● Hardware:
 64-bits
– Any 64-bit Windows station (Intel or AMD)
– Minimum 1 GB of free space on the hard drive
 32-bit
– Minimum Processor - Pentium III 500 MHz
– Minimum 256 megabytes (MB) of RAM, 512 MB recommended
– Minimum 1 GB of free space on the hard drive
