1. What is bite away?
• Hi there, bite away is an easy-to-use, chemical-free treatment that takes
the “ouch” out of insect stings and bites. From the first application, bite
away’s concentrated heat provides relief from most itching, pain or
swelling so you can stop letting insect bites bug you and start taking back
the outdoors.
2. How do I use bite away?
• Using bite away is easy! Just place the ceramic contact surface on the
sting or bite, press the corresponding 3- or 5-second button (you’ll hear a
beep and see a light turn on to indicate activation), and hold until you hear
a second beep/the light turns off. Bite away’s precise concentrated heat
takes care of the rest.
3. Is bite away safe for anyone to use?
• Hi there! Yes, bite away is extremely safe and has both 3-second and 5-
second treatment options. The 3-second treatment is made for those with
more sensitive skin, but both options are 100% chemical-free, making bite
away suitable for everyone, including pregnant women, allergy sufferers
and children. In some sensitive individuals, a temporary reddening of the
skin may occur after use. In rare cases, users with sensitive skin may
experience skin irritation.
