operated from the front panel. Push the "ENTER" key
to return to local mode.
DL xxxx; Configure the length of the data block to be transferred to
the instrument. xxxx should generally be set to the same
value as the LEN parameter, however it is possible to set
LEN to a value equal or less than xxxx
