This appendix covers the specifications for the channel, ALARMS, CONTROL, and power connectors.
A.1 Channel Connectors
Each channel interface has one RJ-45 eight-pin connector. Connector wiring is listed in Table A-1.

A.2 ALARMS Connector
The mux’s rear-panel ALARMS connector is a DB9 female, which includes the contacts of the major and minor
alarm relays. Figure A-1 shows the pin functions. The relay positions are shown in the non-energized (no alarm)
state. For more information, see Section 2.3.
