GETTING STARTED • Remove all packing material and any stickers from the product. • Before first use, wash the interior of the kettle and the scale filter with hot soapy water and rinse well until water is clear. • Select a level surface where this unit is to be used, allowing enough space for steam to escape without damage to counters, cabinets and walls.
6. Plug the kettle into a standard electrical outlet. The power lights under the handle inside the kettle come on (F). 7. Press the I/O (On/Off) button to the I (On) position (there will be a click) and the water begins to heat (G). 8. When water boils, the kettle will automatically shut off and the indicator lights will go out. Do not try to F hold the button in the ‘On’ position once the water has boiled. 9. • To clean the inside of kettle, wash it with hot soapy water and rinse. NEVER IMMERSE THE KETTLE IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS or place in a dishwasher. • Wipe the exterior of the kettle and base with a damp cloth or sponge and dry. The concealed heating element at the bottom of the interior may discolor. This will not affect performance. Do not use abrasive soaps, cleansers or scouring pads.

4. Placer la bouilloire sur la base d’alimentation de façon à ce que l’élément sous la bouilloire repose en bonne position sur la base d’alimentation (E). 5. Disposer la bouilloire de façon à ce que son bec soit loin des murs, des armoires et de vous. 6. Brancher la bouilloire dans une prise électrique standard.
