PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
CAUTION. Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through the skin. Causes moderate eye
irritation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Keep away from children, domestic
animals and pets. Any person who loads bait into the station, retrieves carcasses or
unused bait following application of this product must wear water-proof gloves. Wash
hands thoroughly immediately after such activities.
FIRST AID
Have product container or label with you when calling a Poison Control Center or doctor for
treatment. You may also contact the Hotline Number at 1-800-887-3524 for health concerns,
emergency medical treatment information or pesticide incidents.
If Swallowed: • Call a Poison Control Center, doctor, or Hotline Number 1-800-887-3524 immediately for
treatment advice. • Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. • Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by
a Poison Control Center or doctor. • Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
If in Eyes: • Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present,
after the rst ve minutes, then continue rinsing eye. • Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for treatment advice.
If on Skin or Clothing: • Take off contaminated clothing. • Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for
15-20 minutes. • Call a Poison Control Center, doctor, or Hotline Number 1-800-887-3524 immediately for treatment
advice.
TREATMENT FOR PET POISONING • If an animal eats this bait, call a veterinarian at once.
NOTE TO PHYSICIAN or VETERINARIAN • Contains the nerve poison bromethalin. This product is not an anticoagulant
type rodenticide. For humans or animals ingesting bait and/or showing poisoning signs (such as muscle tremors, loss of
hind limb use, or seizures for animals), limit absorption by either emesis or gastric lavage. Sublethal symptoms, if
present, would be the result of cerebral edema and should be treated accordingly through administration of an osmotic
diuretic and corticosteroid.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS • This product is extremely toxic to mammals and birds. Dogs and scavenging mammals
and birds might be poisoned if they feed upon animals that have eaten this bait. Do not apply directly to water.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
READ THIS LABEL: Read this entire label and follow all use directions and use precautions. Use this product only for sites,
pests and application methods described on this label.
To help prevent accidents:
1. Store product not in use in a location out of reach of children and pets.
2. Dispose of product container and unused, spoiled and unconsumed bait as specied on this label.
USE RESTRICTIONS: DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT OUTDOORS OR IN AREAS ACCESSIBLE TO PETS. This product may only
be used to control Norway rats and roof rats inside of homes and other residential buildings.
Do not place this ready-to-use bait station in any area where there is a possibility of contaminating food or surfaces that
come into direct contact with food.
SELECTION OF TREATMENT AREAS: Determine areas where rats will most likely nd and consume the bait. Generally,
these are along walls, by gnawed openings, in corners and concealed places, between oors and walls, or in locations
where rats or their signs have been seen. Remove as much alternative food, water and harborage as possible prior to bait
application.
APPLICATION DIRECTIONS: The active ingredient in this product is different from anticoagulant rodenticides. Individual
Norway and roof rats cease feeding after consuming a toxic dose.
Norway and Roof Rats: Place the bait station in areas where Norway and roof rats or their signs have been seen. If
additional units are to be used, place bait stations 20 to 30 ft apart. Highest bait consumption is expected to occur on the
rst day or two after treatment. After several days, inspect bait placements and replace with new bait at sites where
there is heavy feeding or where there is continued evidence of rat activity. Continue baiting until all signs of Norway and
roof rat activity have ceased.
While wearing waterproof gloves, collect and properly dispose of all dead rats and used baits. To discourage reinfestation,
limit sources of rodent food, water and harborage as much as possible. If reinfestation does occur, repeat treatment.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPENING, FILLING, REFILLING AND RE-CLOSING THE RAT BAIT
STATION:
1. To open the bait station, put on waterproof gloves and push cap down and turn
counterclockwise to remove.
2. If relling, discard any remaining bait in the bait station. Place rell block on the pin
in the center of the bait station opening.
3. Replace cap and turn clockwise to re-secure cap.
4. CLEAN AROUND THE BAIT STATION AREA BY REMOVING ALL REMAINING BAIT AND
BAIT CRUMBS. DISPOSE OF WATERPROOF GLOVES AND BAIT CRUMBS ACCORDING
TO “PESTICIDE DISPOSAL” BELOW. ENSURE THAT GLOVES AND BAIT ARE DISPOSED
OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN, PETS AND WILDLIFE.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store only in original container in a cool, dry place inaccessible to children and pets. Keep
containers closed and away from other chemicals.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL AND CONTAINER HANDLING: Nonrellable container. Do not reuse or rell this container except
as described in the directions for use. If empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If partly lled: Call
your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.

serían el resultado de un edema cerebral y deben tratarse mediante la administración de un diurético osmótico y corticosteroide.

RESTRICCIONES DE USO: NO USE ESTE PRODUCTO EN ESPACIOS EXTERIORES O EN ZONAS ACCESIBLES A MASCOTAS. Este producto solo puede usarse
para controlar las ratas de Noruega y las ratas del tejado en casas y otros edicios residenciales. No coloque esta trampa con cebo lista para usar en
ninguna zona en la que exista la posibilidad de contaminar alimentos o supercies que estén en contacto directo con alimentos.
SELECCIÓN DE ZONAS DE TRATAMIENTO: Determine las zonas en las que es más probable que las ratas encuentren el cebo y lo consuman. En general,
esos sitios se encuentran junto a las paredes, en aberturas roídas, en rincones y lugares escondidos, entre pisos y paredes o en sitios en los que se hayan
visto las ratas o señales de ellas. Retire todas las fuentes alternas de alimento, agua y refugio como sea posible antes de aplicar el cebo.
INSTRUCCIONES DE APLICACIÓN: El ingrediente activo en este producto es diferente de los rodenticidas anticoagulantes. Cada rata de Noruega o rata del
tejado deja de alimentarse después de consumir una dosis tóxica.
Ratas de Noruega y ratas del tejado: Coloque la trampa con cebo en sitios en los que se hayan visto las ratas de Noruega y las ratas del tejado o señales
de ellas. Si usará varias unidades, colóquelas a una distancia de 20 a 30 pies entre ellas. Se espera que el mayor consumo de cebo ocurra en el primer o
segundo día después de comenzar el tratamiento. Después de varios días, inspeccione los lugares donde colocó los cebos y reemplace con nuevas
trampas con cebo en los sitios en los que se haya consumido mucho o donde continúe habiendo señales de actividad de ratas. Continúe colocando cebos
hasta que todas las señales de actividad de las ratas de Noruega y las ratas del tejado hayan cesado.
Use guantes impermeables para recoger y desechar de manera adecuada todas las ratas muertas y las trampas con cebo usadas. Para evitar una nueva
infestación, limite las fuentes de alimento, agua y refugios para roedores todo lo que sea posible. Si ocurre una nueva infestación, repita el tratamiento.
INSTRUCCIONES PARA ABRIR, CARGAR, RECARGAR Y VOLVER A CERRAR LA TRAMPA CON CEBO PARA
RATAS:
1. Para abrir la trampa con cebo: póngase los guantes impermeables y quite la tapa presionándola hacia
abajo mientras la gira en sentido contrario a las manecillas del reloj.
2. Para recargar: deseche cualquier resto de cebo en la trampa con cebo. Coloque el repuesto en el clavo que
está en el centro de la abertura de la trampa con cebo.
3. Coloque la tapa y gírela en sentido de las manecillas del reloj para asegurarla.
4. LIMPIE LOS ALREDEDORES DE LA ZONA DE LA TRAMPA CON CEBO QUITANDO TODOS LOS RESTOS Y
MIGAJAS DE CEBO. DESECHE LOS GUANTES IMPERMEABLES Y LAS MIGAJAS DE CEBO DE ACUERDO CON
LAS INSTRUCCIONES QUE SIGUEN SOBRE “ELIMINACIÓN DEL PESTICIDA.” ASEGÚRESE DE DESECHAR LOS
GUANTES Y EL CEBO LEJOS DEL ALCANCE DE NIÑOS, MASCOTAS Y VIDA SILVESTRE.
ALMACENAMIENTO Y ELIMINACIÓN
No contamine el agua ni los alimentos para personas y animales por medio del almacenamiento o la eliminación.
ALMACENAMIENTO DEL PESTICIDA: Guarde el producto solo en su envase original en un lugar fresco, seco e inaccesible a los niños y las mascotas.
Mantenga los envases cerrados y lejos de otros químicos.
ELIMINACIÓN DEL PESTICIDA Y MANIPULACIÓN DEL ENVASE: Envase no rellenable. No vuelva a usar o rellenar este envase, excepto como se explica antes
en modo de empleo. Si está vacío: Tírelo a la basura u ofrézcalo para reciclar, si existe esa opción. Si está parcialmente vacío: Llame a su servicio de
eliminación de desechos más cercano para obtener instrucciones de eliminación. Nunca tire el producto sin usar por ningún drenaje interno ni externo.
