Add a song to the Favorites screen
1. In the Music app, touch and hold a song.
2.
Tap The Add to Favorites icon .
3.
To view the songs that you added to the Favorites screen, in the Music app, tap The More Tabs icon > The
Favorite icon .
To remove a song from the Favorites screen, touch and hold a song. Tap The Remove Favorite icon .
Set a song as your ring tone
1. In the Music app, touch and hold a song.
2.
Tap The Set As Ringtone icon .
Turn on the equalizer in the Music app
The equalizer feature in the Music app on your BlackBerry device is designed to improve the sound quality of the music
you're listening to. Options include bass, treble, airplane, jazz, rock, spoken word, and more.
Note
: When the equalizer is turned on, the sound settings apply to all of the music that you listen to, not just the song that
was playing when you turned it on.
1. In the Music app, tap a song, an album, or a playlist.
2.
Tap The More Actions icon > The Equalizer icon .
3. Tap an option.
4. Tap Done.
To turn off the equalizer, when a song is playing, tap the screen. Tap The More Actions icon > The Equalizer icon . Tap
Off.
Set the audio in the Music app
You can set whether your music plays on the speaker, headset, or handset on your BlackBerry device.
1. In the Music app, tap a song.
2.
Tap The More Actions icon > The Audio icon .
3. Tap an audio option.
