Recalculate routes
While viewing or listening to turn-by-turn directions, you can manually recalculate your directions when you make a wrong
turn or would like alternative directions.
1. If you are in the street-level view, to show the navigation bar, tap the screen.

Tap the More icon > the Update route icon .
My places
In BlackBerry Maps, you can find your favorites, recent places, and contacts' places on the My Places tab.
Add a place to the Favorites screen
1.
In the Maps app, tap The More Actions icon > The My Places icon .
2.
Tap The Favorites icon .
3. On the Add Favorite screen, select a place from the list or tap New Entry.
4. If necessary, enter any additional information.
5.
Tap Save.
Tip: You can also add places to the Favorites screen by touching and holding a search result or contact name and
tapping The Add Favorite icon .
To remove a place from the Favorites screen, tap The More Actions icon > The My Places icon . Tap Favorites. Touch and
hold the place that you want to remove. Tap The Remove Favorite icon .
Add your work or home address
In BlackBerry Maps, you can add your work and home addresses to save time when planning trips and getting directions.
1.
In the Maps app, tap The More Actions icon > The My Places icon .
2. Do one of the following:
• Tap The More Actions icon > Add Home.
• Tap The More Actions icon > Add Work.
View your recent places
BlackBerry Maps remembers and organizes the last 100 places that you searched for so that you can quickly access them
again.

In the Maps app, tap The More Actions menu > The My Places icon .
