With the Reply Now feature, you can send a caller a brief message instead of answering an incoming call. By default, if the caller is a BBM contact, the Reply Now message is sent as a BBM message. If the caller isn't a BBM contact, the Reply Now message is sent as a text message.

For example, while on a phone call, if you answer an incoming BBM Voice call, your current phone call ends. A message appears on your device to notify you that answering another call will end your current call.
