You can remove duplicates by deleting duplicates in your address book, or by clearing your local data on your device.
To remove duplicate calendar entries by deleting your local device data, do the following:
1. On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
2. Tap The Settings icon Settings > Accounts.
3. Tap The More actions icon .
4. Tap Clear Local Calendar.
CAUTION: Clearing your local data will permanently delete any calendar entries that you saved just locally to your device.
Contacts
When you add contacts to the Contacts app on your BlackBerry device, connecting with them is easy. The Contacts app is
integrated with the BlackBerry Hub, the BlackBerry Calendar, and other apps, so you can quickly add contacts to relevant
messages and events or share your pictures and videos.
About the Contacts app
If you added an email account or social networking account to your device, contacts from those accounts can appear in
your contact list. It's simple to find the people that you want to connect with because your device automatically merges
contacts who share first and last names, email addresses, or mobile phone numbers.

Search for a contact
In the contact list, start typing a contact's name.
Edit a contact In the contact list, tap a contact. Press E.
Go to the top of a contact's details In a contact's details, press T.
Go to the bottom of a contact's details In a contact's details, press B.
Adding contacts to the Contacts app
There are a variety of ways that you can add contacts to the Contacts app.
