Switch to a scientific or standard calculator
You can switch the type of calculator that you are using by swiping left and right on your BlackBerry device.

Testing your device hardware
You can check that your device hardware is working properly by using the BlackBerry Virtual Expert app. Download the
BlackBerry Virtual Expert app from BlackBerry World now.
Before you use the app, keep the accessories you use with your device on hand, such as headphones, so that you can do a
full assessment.
Depending on your device model, you can check the following components and functions on your device:

1. In the BlackBerry Virtual Expert app, do one of the following:
• To test a type of functionality, tap Display Tests, Audio Tests, or Button Tests.
• To perform a specific test, such as a camera issue, tap The Tests icon . Tap the test you want to do.
