Swipe down from the top of the screen once using two fingers, or twice using one finger.

Tap > Storage > Unmount SD card.

With your device facing downwards, push the tip of the tool (provided with your device) into the hole on the top-left
of your device to release the media card tray. If you don't have the tool that came with your device, you can also use
a paper clip.
4. Pull out the tray completely and remove the media card.
5. Push the tray back into the slot.
Check how much storage space is free
You may notice slower performance on your device if your device's internal storage space is full or almost full. You can try
removing unnecessary files and clearing cached data to free up space and improve your device's performance.
Note:
Your device may start having performance issues when less than 10% of storage space is available.
