3. Select the Don't allow any more devices to connect checkbox.
View information about a connected device
You can view a connected device's name, MAC address, IP address and band.
1. On the home screen, click the connections area at the top of the screen, or click the Manage Connections icon.
2. Click Networks and Connections > Mobile Hotspot.
3. In the Wi-Fi Devices Connected section, highlight a device.
4. Press the key > Details.
About using Bluetooth technology in Mobile Hotspot mode
When you turn on Mobile Hotspot mode, your BlackBerry smartphone can use Bluetooth technology to connect to wireless
devices, or BlackBerry PlayBook tablets using BlackBerry Bridge. When Mobile Hotspot mode is turned on, you can only
connect to Bluetooth devices with Handsfree, Headset, Serial Port, and Dial-Up Networking Bluetooth profiles.

Submit a Mobile Hotspot diagnostic report
1. On the home screen, click the connections area at the top of the screen, or click the Manage Connections icon.
2. Click Networks and Connections > Mobile Hotspot.
3. Press the key > Diagnostics.
4. Press the key > Email Report.

When you set options for Mobile Hotspot diagnostic reports, if you set a default recipient, each time that you submit a Mobile
Hotspot diagnostic report, your BlackBerry smartphone sends the report to that recipient. If you want to specify a recipient
each time that you submit a report, do not set a default recipient.
1. On the home screen, click the connections area at the top of the screen, or click the Manage Connections icon.
2. Click Networks and Connections > Mobile Hotspot.
3. Press the key > Diagnostics.

Press the key > Options.
• To include advanced data in Mobile Hotspot diagnostic reports, change the Display Mode field to Advanced.
• To set a default recipient for Mobile Hotspot diagnostic reports, type the contact information.

Press the key > Save.
