Release Notes Using the Cisco Options Package (COP) file Using the Cisco Options Package (COP) file 2 The BlackBerry Mobile Voice System COP file is a phone definition file from Cisco that provides native support for BlackBerry MVS devices in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager environment. The BlackBerry MVS is only supported when the BlackBerry MVS COP file is installed. Installing the COP file requires a restart of all of the nodes in the cluster.

In the Transfer Protocol list, select SFTP. Click Next. In the Options/Upgrades list, select the digitally-signed BlackBerry MVS COP file. Click Next. If a user uses Voice over Wi-Fi to make a call to a conference bridge, and then moves the call to Voice over Mobile, the user loses audio. Impact: Users lose audio.
