Mechanical Connectors
Power Distribution Blocks
Requirements of a specific apparatus may
restrict the number of conductors
Usually a maximum of three adjacent
standard cross-sections in one space
In general, the conductors connected
to one conductor space of a connector
must be of the same type
Table values require careful installation
We recommend use of ferrules when using
fine-stranded conductors
After installation, check that all conductors
are pressed into a connection
The nominal current of the power
distribution blocks must not be exceeded
According to some installation standards,
each incoming and outgoing protection and
neutral conductor in a panel must have
its own separate power distribution blocks
The conductor numbers below refer only
to industrially installed power distribution
blocks (internal connections in a panel)
