System Host Log Configuration
[Syslog Menu]
host - Set IP address of first syslog host
host2 - Set IP address of second syslog host
sever - Set the severity of first syslog host
sever2 - Set the severity of second syslog host
facil - Set facility of first syslog host
facil2 - Set facility of second syslog host
console - Enable/disable console output of syslog messages
log - Enable/disable syslogging of features
cur - Display current syslog settings

Command Syntax and Usage
host <new syslog host IP address>
Sets the IP address of the first syslog host.
host2 <new syslog host IP address>
Sets the IP address of the second syslog host.
sever <syslog host local severity (0–7)>
This option sets the severity level of the first syslog host displayed. The default is 7, which
means log all severity levels.
sever2 <syslog host local severity (0–7)>
This option sets the severity level of the second syslog host displayed. The default is 7, which
means, log all severity levels.
facil <syslog host local facility (0-7)>
This option sets the facility level of the first syslog host displayed. The default is 0.
facil2 <syslog host local facility (0-7)>
This option sets the facility level of the second syslog host displayed. The default is 0.
console disable|enable
Enables or disables delivering syslog messages to the console. When necessary, disabling
console ensures the switch is not affected by syslog messages. It is enabled by default.
