KITCHEN AND BAR FAUCETS
BLANCO America carries a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY on kitchen and bar faucets to be free of all manufacturing defects under normal
use. Please refer to the below for specific warranty information.
Limited Faucet Warranty
BLANCO America will replace without charge, (excluding transportation and any labor costs for removal or reinstallation) any faucet supplied
by BLANCO America that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement, to the original owner, provided it has been used solely in
a residential application, installed in accordance with the BLANCO installation instructions, used and cleaned as recommended, and not
damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence.
BLANCO America shall not be liable for any damage to the faucet or parts resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect
or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning
instructions. This warranty does not cover shipping costs, labor costs, or any other costs associated with the installation or replacement of
the product/parts and is extended only to the original consumer-purchaser of the faucet.
For installed warranty concerns, please contact BLANCO America directly via email at [e-mail] for further
information and proper documentation. In the event of a warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase. This
warranty will not cover any damages which might be caused by the product. (Some states do not allow such limitation, so this reference may
not apply to you.) BLANCO America reserves the right to inspect any faucet reported to be defective prior to replacement of the faucet. All
decisions are final.
BLANCO America shall not be liable in case of, improper installation or modification, damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or
dropped objects, improper care or maintenance, Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic solutions,
etc.), any modifications made to the product after it left BLANCO America premises, and commercial applications. This warranty supersedes
all other warranties, expressed or implied. The foregoing warranties are exclusive and made only for the buyer. NO OTHER WARRANTY,
WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL BE DEEMED TO EXIST IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED
HEREUNDER, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR A
PERIOD GREATER THAN THE WARRANTY PERIOD CONTAINED IN BLANCO AMERICA’S LIMITED WARRANTY ARE HEREBY
EXCLUDED. BLANCO AMERICA INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED HEREUNDER. No employee, agent, or other person is
authorized to give any warranties on behalf of BLANCO America, Inc. in addition to or different from the herein given to assume for BLANCO
America, Inc. any other liability in connection with any of its products except if in writing which is signed by an officer of BLANCO America
Inc. and expressly and intentionally gives such warranties or assumes such liability.
