To call an entry in the phone book of the cell
phone,
open the Bluetooth menu.
Press the NEXT button 2.
Press the "Mobile Phonebook" softkey

The fi rst letters of the entries of the phone
book are displayed.
Note:
In the selection menu, you can always
return to the higher level by pressing
the
button > and fi nally return to
the Bluetooth menu.
Select the desired fi rst letter with the
or button @ or the ; or 9
softkey.
Press the OK button B or the "OK"
softkey :.
The entries with the selected fi rst letter are
displayed.
Select the desired entry with the
or
button @ or the ; or 9 softkey.
Press the OK button B or the "OK"
softkey :.
The available numbers are displayed for
the selected entry. The fi rst number is se-
lected.
Select the desired number with the
or button @ or the ; or 9
softkey.
Press the OK button B or the "OK"
softkey :.
The call is being made. "Calling..." and the
name of the entry are shown on the dis-
play.

Calling an entry in the phone book via
voice dialing
To use voice dialing, this function must be
supported by your cell phone and activated
in the cell phone.
To call a phone number via voice dialing,
open the Bluetooth menu.
Press the NEXT button 2.
Press the "Dial Number" softkey ; for
longer than 2 seconds.
The voice recognition is activated. The dis-
play shows "SPEAK NOW".
Note:
If the display shows "VOICE DIAL LINK
FAILED" instead, the voice dialing from
the cell phone is not supported or it is
not activated. You are automatically re-
turned to the menu.
Say the voice dialing name of the de-
sired entry.
The call is being made.
Notes:
You can cancel the voice recogni-
tion by pressing the softkey with the
red telephone icon :. The display
briefl y shows "VOICE DIAL LINK NOT
ACTIVE" and you are returned to the
menu.
The duration of the voice recogni-
tion depends on the connected cell
phone. If you do not say the voice dial-
ing name in time or the name spoken
is not recognised, the display briefl y
shows "VOICE DIAL NOT ACTIVE" and
you are returned to the menu.
