Sound settings
Opening sound settings
쏅 In the main menu, select the Equalizer app (see the
chapter "Main menu").
or
쏅 Press the right rotary/pushbutton for approx. 2sec-
onds.
Note:
The sound settings can also be opened from within
the options menu of other apps.

The equalizer display 1 features the following functions
and displays:
1 Change to the main menu
2 Switch to the equalizer display 2 or 3 (see the follow-
ing sections)
3 Frequency band display/level setting:
Set the level for the respective frequency band with
the buttons [ ] and [ ].
or
Tap on the frequency bars or swipe across the
frequency bars to set the levels.
4 Time/Bluetooth® status
5 Q-factor setting with activated function 7 :
Short press: Raise the value of the quality factor Q of
the respective frequency band.
Long press: Lower the value of the quality factor Q of
the respective frequency band.
6 Equalizer presettings: Tap on a presetting to select it.
7 Activating/deactivating the Q-factor setting
8 Reset equalizer to the preset values.

The equalizer display 2 features the following functions
and displays:
1 Change to the main menu
2 Switch to the equalizer display 1 or 3 (see the previ-
ous/next section)
3 With activated subwoofer 4 : Set the low-pass
frequency with the buttons [ ] and [ ]
4 Activating/deactivating the subwoofer and, if acti-
vated, set the subwoofer level with the buttons [ ]
and [ ]
5 Time/Bluetooth® status
6 Activating/deactivating the loudness function
7 Activating/deactivating high-pass and, if activated,
set the frequency with the buttons [ ] and [ ]
8 With activated subwoofer 4 : Set the phase with the
buttons [ ] and [ ]
9 Adjusting balance and fader:
Shift the volume distribution with the buttons [ ]
and [ ] (balance) or [ ] and [ ] (fader).
or
Tap on a point in the displayed passenger compart-
ment to directly adjust the corresponding volume
distribution.
