D DO NOT remove the control panel cover unless
the oven is unplugged.
OPERATING TIPS
Oven Temperature
Follow the Time and Temperature recommendaĆ
tions provided for the product to be prepared in
the oven. Cooking at higher temperatures will not
reduce cooking time, it will produce unsatisfactory
results.
Pans and Racks
Product or pan height determines how many
racks are used. The oven holds up to three 9" x 13"
racks.
Never place a pan or aluminum foil on the bottom
of the oven. This obstructs the flow of air and reĆ
sults in uneven baking and roasting.
Baking
Weigh the product to ensure equal distribution in
each pan. Varying amounts of product will cause
uneven baking results.
