PERIODIC CLEANING Frypot may be cleaned by the method described at right, or with a commercial frypot cleaner. Be sure to follow the manufacturer’s directions. Boil the mixture for five minutes. Turn the control knob to OFF. Allow the mixture to set in the frypot overnight.
