LIFETIME WARRANTY
The lifetime warranty provided by Creative Plastic Concepts, LLC applies only to model #227199, Blue
Hawk 32 Gallon Trash Can. The lifetime warranty is intended for normal use in households and office
storage applications. It does not apply to industrial, commercial or chemical storage applications. Failure
of the product due to defects in material or workmanship under the normal uses defined above, are
covered under the lifetime warranty. To honor a warranty claim, proof of purchase (purchase receipt or
paid invoice) should be retained as it may be required. On claims which are covered under the warranty
a replacement unit or a replacement certificate will be provided. A shipping charge may apply on the
direct replacement of any unit.
All warranty claims should be submitted with a description of the reason for the warranty claim and a
copy of the sales receipt to the attention of:

The damaged unit should be retained until the warranty claim is processed, as an inspection of the unit
