7. On the passenger’s side, disconnect electrical connection from the washer reservoir. Disconnect and plug the
reservoir. Remove one metric bolt from the reservoir’s lower bracket using the 10mm socket. Set the bolt
aside to be reinstalled later.
8. Remove one metric bolt from the washer reservoir’s upper bracket underneath the headlight (white arrow)
using the 10mm socket. Disconnect the ll tube from the top of reservoir. Remove washer reservoir. Set
bolts and reservoir aside to be reinstalled later.

9. Using the 10MM socket, remove one bolt from the side of the headlight underneath the running light. Do this
on both sides of the vehicle. Set the bolt aside to be reinstalled later.
10. Using the 10mm socket, remove three bolts from the top of the headlight. Do this on both sides of the
vehicle. Set the bolts and the headlight aside to be reinstalled later.

11. Mark the frame rail webbing 5”, 6 1/2” and 8
3/4” from the top of the frame rail. Using the
reciprocating saw, cut the webbing to the frame rail
(the top cut goes through bumper bracket also).
Cut and remove the upper section of webbing.
Flatten the lower cut webbing section ush against
the frame rail with hammer. Do this on both sides.
