13. If configuration settings need to be modified, configure using the instructions in Chapter 3.
14. Replace the cover over the meter base until the flange on the cover is flush with the flange
on the meter base.
15. Turn the cover 1/8 turn clockwise until the locking tabs are fully engaged with the meter
base.
16. Fit new meter tamper seal through holes in meter base. (see figure 10)
