Thepurchaseofthispoolextendsaspecincwarranty，basedonmodelpurchased，aSOutlinedinthe
followingwarrantyschedule．ThewarrantyCOVerStheframecomponentsandwallmanufacturedby
ASAHIonly．Whenmakingaclaimunderthislimitedwarranty，thecustomermusthavepreviously
registeredwithASAHIbycompletingthewarrantycardandmailingittoAsahiattimeofpurchase，the
CuStOmermuStbeabletoproducehisorlglnalbillofsale，ShowlngClearlythedateofsale，thenameof
dealerfromwhompooIwaspurchased，themodelofthepool，andtheprlCePaid．
Thiswarrantyissubjecttothefbllowingtermsandconditions．

butnotlimitedtothemter，PumP，ladder，Slimmer，Orliner．Theseitemsmaycarrywarranties

4．ThisASAHIwarrantyPrOrateStheframecomponentandwallcostsoveraspecincperiodas
deteminedbythemodelpurchased．Ifanydeftctinworkmanshipormaterialisconnrmedby
ASAHIduring”fullcoverage”periodofthewチ汀anty，thepart（S）willberepaireddrreplaced
（butnotinstalled）freeofcharge．IfdeterminatlOnOfdeftctcannotbemadebythelocaldealer．
Thepurchasermust（aRerauthorizationfromASAHI）shipthepart（S）toASAHI．Failureof
thepurchasertoallowthedealerand／Ormanufacturertoinspecttheproductclaimedtobe
defbctive，Shallrenderthiswarrantynullandvoid．
5．Freightchargesfbrpart（S）retumedtoASAHIforreplacementorrepairmustbeshipped
PrePaid．Freightchargesfbrtherepaired，OrrePlaced，PartStOtheconsumerwillalsobepaid
bytheconsumer．FreightchargeswillbepaidbyASAHIinthenrStyearOfpurchase，aftera

frominconnectionwiththiswarranty．
8．Asahiisnotresponsiblefbrdamageduetofaultyorimproperinstallation．Thiswarrantyis
nullandvoidifthedesignofthisproductisaltered，anyPartissubstitutedfbranorlglnalpart，
Orifthepoolisnotinstalled，andmaintainedaccordingtothefactorysuppliedinstructions．

C・SkimmergasketsandretumgaSketsmustbeperiodicallyinspectedandreplacedat

d・Metalsurfacesthathavebeenscratchedornickedandbaremetalisexposedshould
betouchedupassoonaspossible．
