1. Easy Pool Step system has a three year pro-rated warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. To receive the
warranty, the card must be filled out completely and returned.
Customer will receive the following credit towards the purchase of a new Easy Step System:
Year 1 – full warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
Year 2 – 75% of current retail selling price.
Year 3 – 50% of current retail selling price.
2. Step system must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the deal
er from which the step
was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt.
3. Please notify Blue Wave Products in advance of any step warranty claim prior to shipping the step back. Contact our

4. The freight on the step system when returned must be prepaid.
5. Warranty claims will only be resolved with the shipment of a replacement product, no refunds will be given.
6. Improper installation, misuse or damages resulting from acts of nature will render this warranty null and void.
7. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no responsibility is assumed for future damage
due to misuse. This warranty does not cover any damage from the elements such as wind, snow, heavy rains, etc. We are
not responsible for damage to the steps due to improper installation or excessive wear.
