Deluxe Assembly Instructions

Step 1. : Remove the deluxe lifter from the box, the lifter is basically assembled.

Step 2: Attach (4) screws to the Metal Foot Plate:

For each leg, you attach (1) screw through the hole and use the round nut to tighten down. The

screw is screwed directly into the leg. Now follow the same instructions on the other leg.

Step 3: Adjust for Spa height:

Measure the height of your spa. Then pull the (2) Vertical Supports upward to the correct

height. Align the (2) holes in each leg and insert the metal knob. Screw the knob down all the

way until tight. Follow the same instructions for the second leg.

** Note: Pick the “adjust holes” that are closest to your spa height

Step 4: Adjust for Spa Cover thickness:

Most spa covers are 3” thick, but some premium covers are up to 6” thick. Measure your spa

cover thickness.

Go to the (2) “C” arms on your lifter. There are adjustments on these arms for you to adjust to

your cover’s thickness. Make sure you adjust both “C” arms equally.

Placement of Lifter:

Step 1: Always make sure your spa is EMPTY of water before you install your Deluxe Lifter.

Step 2: Place lifter at one end of your spa. ( Pick the end of spa that is easiest for you when removing

the spa cover)

Step 3: Slide the metal foot under the spa / spa cabinet. Place the lifter as close to your spa cabinet as

possible; but (DO NOT TOUCH THE SPA CABINET WITH THE LIFTER) This will damage your

cabinet over a period of time.
