> If the S4 does not respond, repeat the command.
> Speak louder than any background noise.
> Try changing the S4’s sensitivity level. This setting determines how precisely the words that you say need
to match the speech patterns that the S4 has been configured to recognize. You can change it by using the
Sensitivity Level command. When the level is set to “High” the commands you give the S4 will need to match
the speech pattern it is expecting more exactly, while “Low” is less restrictive and will accept your commands
even if they do not precisely match the expected speech pattern.
> If the S4 does not respond to your voice commands at all, change to a lower sensitivity level.
> If the S4 often carries out the wrong command, change to a higher sensitivity level.
> If you are in a very noisy place, you may find that it is easier to answer a call using the S4 buttons: tap the
middle of the volume controls to answer the call, or double tap to reject the call.
