Making Conference Calls
You can create a conference call with many people. The maximum number of people who
can be in a conference at once depend on your service provider.
To make a conference call:
1 Make a call first. And then tap to add another person to the call. The first call will
be put on hold.
2 Dial the second number and make the call.
3 When the second call is connected, tap to create a conference call with three
people.
4 To add another person to the conference call, tap . The conference call will be
put on hold.
5 Dial the other number and make the call.
6 When the call is connected, tap to add the line to the conference call.
Tap to do the following options.
• View all callers.
• Remove a caller from the conference. Tap by each number.
• Speak privately with a certain caller during a conference call. Tap the caller to speak in
private. To include all callers again, tap .
Making Emergency Calls
You can make emergency calls to 911 even when your phone is locked, not registered for
mobile network service, or a SIM is not inserted. No charges for making emergency calls.
The emergency numbers may vary by country.
Call Settings
Tap > > > Settings on any tab of the Phone application. This Call settings menu
can only be accessed through this application. You can modify various call options.
Ringtone & Vibrate
• Phone ringtone: Tap to select the ringtone to alert you of incoming calls. Tap on ringtones
to hear it. If you decide to set it as a ringtone, tap OK. If not, select other ringtone or
tap Cancel.
• Vibrate when ringing: Tap and select the checkmark to set your device to vibrate for
incoming calls. If not, tap and deselect the checkmark.
Other Call Settings
• Voicemail: Tap to set up your voicemail.
- Service: Tap to set the service provider or other provider for voicemail service.
- Setup: Tap to set the voicemail number.
