Camera
Use this application to take photos or record videos. Tap
>
. You can take photos
or self-portrait photos (selfies), panoramic photos, or record videos with your device’s
built-in camera.
If micro SD card is installed, the photos and videos will be saved on the external memory
card. Otherwise, they will be saved on the device’s internal storage.
Taking Photos
To take a photo:

Make sure that camera mode is set to . If necessary, tap the flash status icon at
the bottom right of the screen, or touch and hold the screen for camera settings.

Tap
to take a photo. If the ZSL option is off, your device will automatically bring
an image into focus before it captures it. The photo is saved on your external or
internal storage automatically after taken with a shutter sound.

To view the photos taken, swipe the screen from the right edge. To go back to the
camera, swipe the screen from the left edge. The photos are displayed in Filmstrip
or Grid view.
To zoom in or out, spread two fingers apart on the screen and pinch.
To disable the shutter sound, set your notifications to vibrate or silence. You can simple
press the volume down button on the side of the device. Or you can also set it under
Settings menu. For information on how to adjust your ringtone and notification volume in
Settings, see Sound on page 48.
Camera Setting
Tap the flash status icon at the bottom right of the screen, or tap and hold the screen to
change the camera settings.

Tap to switch between the front and rear cameras.

Tap to adjust the light exposure. Use a higher exposure for low-light situation so that
the camera’s sensor receives more light.

Tap to adjust colors for specific light situations.

Tap to set the flash. When it is switched to the front camera, this option is not available.
