50 Settings
• Clear credentials: Tap to remove all certificates.
Language and Input
Tap > Language & input. Use this Settings menu to change language and input
method.
• Language: Tap and select the default language for all menus and applications.
• Spell checker: Tap and select the checkmark to enable to spelling checker.
Tap to select a spell checker and to set its settings and language.
• Personal dictionary: Tap to view and add words to your personal dictionary.
Keyboard & input methods
• Default: Tap to select a default keyboard type for text input. Tap the check boxes to
activate each keyboard type and tap to change its settings.
Speech
• Text-to-speech output
- Pico TTS: Tap to select a speech synthesis engine. To change its settings,
tap .
- Speech rate: Tap to select the speed at which the text is spoken.
- Listen to an example: Tap to listen to a short demonstration of the spoken text.
Mouse/trackpad
• Pointer speed: Tap and move the slider to adjust the pointer speed for the mouse or
trackpad that are connected to your device.
Backup and Reset
Tap > Backup & reset. Use this Settings menu to perform factory reset.
Personal data
• Factory data reset: Tap Reset phone to erase all data from the device’s internal storage.
The device shuts down and then reboots.
About Phone
Tap > About phone. Use this Settings menu to view the following information about
your device: Status, Legal information, Model number, Android version, Kernel version,
and Build number.
