1. The player displays nothing after the power on
button is pressed.
There is no battery in the battery compartment,
or the battery is empty. Please check if there is a
battery in the battery compartment, replace the
battery; or take off the battery and put it back
correctly after 5 seconds.
2. The player is powered on, but has no response
when any button is pressed.
The HOLD button is enabled. Please slide the
HOLD button to release the lock status.
3. The player can not display time properly for some
songs.
At present, MP3 files in VBR format (i.e. variable
bit-rate MP3 files) may cause the player to in-
correctly display time because the bit rate
changes, but the song can be played without
problems. Please convert the MP3 files using a
fixed bit rate, and the time display problem can be
solved.
4. The player may cause problems for the PC when it
is connected to or removed from the PC.
Mainly it is because you remove the player when
it is transferring files. Therefore, we recommend
you not disconnect the player in transferring files
