5. When the player is playing music, if the files can
not be played properly, the buttons will response
very slowly, or the earphone will scream.
The player may not support the file format, or the
bit rate of the file can not be processed by the
player. In these cases, please delete the file or
convert it again using other software so that it
meets the player’s specifications.
6. Tip: To verify the file format, you can connect the
Mp3 player to a PC and view the file information in
a Mp3 player application (such as Winamp).
7. There is no sound when playing music files.
The sound volume is too low, please adjust the
volume. The player is being connected to a PC, or
there is no music file in the player memory.
8. The total memory displayed in the player is in-
consistent with that stated in the product speci-
fications.
Some memory is needed to save programs, fonts,
and file system, so you will see the total memory
