OPERATING THE OVEN USING THE DISPLAY PANEL
ROAST WITHOUT THE ROAST PROBE
1. Select Top Oven or Bottom Oven from the Home screen. Remove
oven probe from oven to prevent damaging it.
2. Press Cook Modes on the Main Menu display. Figure 1
3. Press Roast on the Select Cook Mode screen. Figure 2
4. Press No when asked if meat probe will be used. Figure 3
5. Press Set Temp on the Roast screen. Figure 4
6. Select one of the preset Roast temperatures or press Other to enter
a different temperature. Figure 5
7. If selecting Other, enter desired temperature, then Start. Figure 6
8. The Roast screen will be displayed. Press Start. Or, if desired, press
the Fan icon or Conv Fan for convection baking, then press Start.*
Convection Roast will be displayed. Figure 4

9. The oven will begin preheating. Figure 7 See Attention below.
10. When the oven is preheated, an alarm sounds three times, then
once every 10 seconds. The Oven Ready screen appears. Figure 8
11. Place baking dish in oven and select Start. The Roast or
Convection Roast screen appears. Figure 9
12. At the end of the selected bake time, the Cooking Complete screen
is displayed. An alarm will signal three times, then once every 10
seconds until one of the following actions is taken. Figure 10
a. Select Off to turn off the oven.
b. Select Continue Cooking to return to the Bake screen.
c. Select Hold & Keep Warm to keep your food in the oven at
a specific temperature until you are ready to serve. Figure 11
i. If you select Hold & Keep Warm, press Set Temp
to display the set temperature screen and make a
selection. See Attention below.
The oven preheats using a combination of the
infrared heating element, the broiling element, and
the convection fan. It is critical that you do not place
food in the oven until the preheating cycle is
complete.
Beware that the oven loses heat slowly and that
food will continue cooking in the Hold & Warm
mode.
Keeping the oven light on while baking will increase
the oven temperature approximately 15 degrees F.
*SET COOKING TIME
1. From the Roast or Convection Roast screen, press Cook Time.

2. Use the buttons on the touchpad to select desired cooking time, and
press Set. Figure 12
3. Return to the last screen displayed.
4. The cooking time countdown begins after the oven has preheated.
If the cooking timer is not set, the oven will continue to
operate at the selected temperature.
