Cleaning NEED TO KNOW
Convecon Fan Guard
(Porcelain-coated)
Remove obstrucons such as aluminum foil or other
parcles.
Clean the oven fan guard periodically and make sure
your room is well venlated when you clean .
Apply a commercial oven cleaner to a cloth (not directly
to the fan guard) to remove grease build-up and food
parcles. Be sure to follow the manufacturers cleaning
instrucons before you start.
Do not use steel wool, metal pads, or abrasive
cleaners as they may scratch and damage the
coang.
Do not operate the convecon fan during the inial
oven preheat or while broiling.
Standard Oven Racks
Make sure the oven is cool before you take out the
standard oven racks.
Wash the racks in hot, soapy water, rinse in clear water,
then dry thoroughly.

Full Extension Rack
Make sure the oven is cool before you take out the
extension rack.
Wash the extension rack in hot, soapy water, rinse in
clear water, then dry thoroughly.

Baking Stone
When completely cool, use a nylon spatula or a grill
brush to scrape o the baked-on food.
Do not wash the baking stone as this will damage
the stone and cause it to absorb moisture.
Do not submerge the baking stone in water or
liquid.
Temperature Probe
When the temperature probe is cool, wipe the probe
clean with mild soapy water, rinse, then dry thoroughly.
Do not put the temperature probe in the
dishwasher.
Do not immerse in water.
