Bluetooth to WiFi Gateway BluFi is an amazing BLE to WiFi Gateway that eliminates the dependency for mobile devices end user apps being in proximity to beacons. BluFi allows for the capture in real-time of beacon advertisements which then returns the data back to your or our cloud/server via WiFi. BluFi features a simple plug-in module to bridge beacons into existing WiFi connections to receive and transmit Bluetooth beacon payload data over WiFi.

how it works BluFi is a BLE scanner that connects to a desired AC outlet and constantly scans for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) packets within its range and sends them over WiFi to the cloud/backend server. Virtually any working beacon broadcasting within the range of a BluFi is picked up by a BluFi device which then records all BLE broadcast packet payloads with a time stamp. Those are then forwarded to the cloud/backend server.
