SWSH (SWASH PLATE TYPE SELECTION & SWASH AFR)
This function allow you to chose between two swash plate type.
The swash AFR can be set if you chose the 3S swash plate.
1S: independent aileron, pitch and elevator
3S: When controlling one function, multiple servos will move in
order to set the swash plate in the corresponding position.
To select the swash plate type
1. Enter the program mode and access the SWSH function,
using the MODE key.
2. Use the DATA INPUT keys to chose between the swash plate
types.
3. The swash plate type is now set.
TO SET THE SWASH AFR
This function can only be set when the 3S swash plate type is chosen. The Swash AFR is used to
change the direction and amount of servo movement of aileron, elevator and pitch.
At rst, connect the linkage as described in the helicopter building instructions. The EPA value of these
three servos should be 100%.
1. Enter the program mode and access the SWHS function using the MODE key.
2. Make sure the swash plate type is set to 3S.
3. Use the SELECT key to set the desired channel. The aileron channel CHA is displayed rst. And the
% symbol is ashing Move the aileron stick to the left and right to set the direction and amount of
movement on the aileron servo by pressing <+> or <->.
The aileron movement can be set between -100% and +100%.
4. Use the SELECT key to select the other channels (CHE=Elevator and CHP=Pitch), set the value in
the same manner as described above.
Changing the mode
The mode of the radio can be changed into mode1, mode2, mode3 or mode4.
Simultaneously press MODE & SELECT keys and turn on the transmitter. The current mode will appear
on the LCD. Push the DATA INPUT keys to change the mode.
Therefore the throttle detent mechanism inside the radio has to be changed and the program has to
be changed as well:
Mode 1 A. Throttle on the right-hand side = mount the ratchet on this stick
B. Elevator stick = Mount the spring on this stick
Mode 2 A. Throttle on the left-hand side = mount the ratchet on this stick
B. Elevator stick = Mount the spring on this stick
Place the ratchet on the desired side. Release the spring with a paper clip and remove it together
with the whole lever. Hold the lever & spring with your ngers and introduce them under the pot-
meter axle on the desired stick.
SYNCHRONIZATION OF TRANSMITTER/RECEIVER
Transmitter and receiver come factory-synchronised when bought together in
a set. Every time you use a new receiver or transmitter, it will be necessary to
synchronize this new receiver with the transmitter. To do so follow the following
procedure:
1. Connect the servos and ESC to the receiver while not installed in the model,
so you can clearly see the LED on the receiver.
2. Switch on the transmitter and make sure that the Idle-Up switch is in normal
position (Not activated). Put the throttle stick in its lowest position.
3. Connect the LiPo battery to the ESC and wait until the LED emits light.
4. Tightly hold the model and press and hold the button on the receiver (as
depicted) for 5 seconds, until the you hear the servos shortly twitching in the
model. The Receiver is now synchronized to the transmitter.
5. Always perform a security check and range check before taking off.
Sélectionner le plateau cyclique
1. Accédez le menu de programmation et utilisez la touche MODE
pour afcher la fonction SWSH.
2. Utilisez les touches DATA INPUT pour sélectionner le type de
plateau.
3. Vous pouvez maintenant régler le plateau.
RÉGLAGE DE L’AFR
Avant de procéder, vérier les timoneries et mettez la fonction EPA
des 3 servos à 100%
1. Accédez le menu de programmation et utilisez la touche MODE pour afcher la fonction SWHS.
2. Vériez que le type de plateau sélectionné est le type 3S
3. Utilisez la touche SELECT pour sélectionner la voie à modier. Les ailerons (CHA) sont afchés en
premier et le symbole % clignote. Placez le manche des ailerons vers la droite et vers la gauche et
utilisez les touches <+> et <-> pour régler le mouvement des ailerons (entre -100% et +100%)
4. Utilisez la touche SELECT pour sélectionner les autres voies. (CHE=Profondeur, CHP=Pas)
Changement de Mode de pilotage.
Pour changer le mode de pilotage, appuyez les touchez MODE et SELCET en même temps et mettez
l’émetteur sous tension. L’écran afche le mode actuel. Pour le modier utilisez les touches DATA
INPUT.
Selon le modèle sélectionné, il sera nécessaire de déplacer le crantage des gaz:
Mode 1 A. Gaz à droite = Montez la lame de crantage sur ce stick
B. Profondeur = Montez le ressort sur cd stick.
Mode 2 A. Gaz à gauche = Montez la lame de crantage sur ce stick
B. Profondeur = Montez le ressort sur ce stick.
Placez la lame suivant le mode désiré. Utilisez une agrafe an de détacher le ressort de sa xation et
enlevez le levier avec son ressort, en passant en dessous du potentiomêtre du stick.
SYNCHRONISATION DE L’EMETTEUR/RÉCEPTEUR
L’émetteur et récepteur lorsque vendu ensemble, sont synchroniser d’origine en
usine.
Si toutefois vous changer le récepteur ou l’émetteur il sera nécessaire de syn-
chroniser celui-ci à nouveau à votre émetteur. Suivez la procédure suivante :
1. Branchez les servos et le variateur de vitesse au récepteur. Dégagez le récep
-
teur an d’avoir un accès libre à celui-ci.
2. Allumez l’émetteur et assurez-vous que l’interrupteur « Idle-Up » est en
position normale (non activé). Mettez ensuite le stick « Gaz » dans sa position
ralenti (le plus bas).
3. Connectez votre batterie LiPo au contrôleur et attendez que le LED du récep
-
teur s’allume.
4. Tenez l’hélicoptère en place et poussez pendant 5 secondes l’interrupteur sur
le côté du récepteur (voir photo) jusqu’à ce que vous entendez les servos fré-
tiller une fois. Ceci conrme que l’émetteur et le récepteur sont synchronisé.
5. Faites toujours un test de portée avant de décoller.
