If you want to increase the re-
bound stage, turn adjusting
ring 1 in direction b.

Turn bottom knob clockwise
to limit stop, then back it off
20 clicks. (Full load of fuel,
with rider 85 kg)
Adjusting rear
compression stage
Make sure the ground is level
and firm and place the motor-
cycle on its stand.
Adjust the compression stage
by turning adjusting ring 1.
If you want to increase the
compression stage, turn ad-
justing ring 1 in the H direction.
If you want to reduce the com-
pression stage, turn adjusting
ring 1 in the S direction.

clicks. (Full load of fuel, with
rider 85 kg)
Headlight
Headlight beam throw and
spring preload
Headlight beam throw is gener-
ally kept constant when spring
preload is adjusted to suit load.
Spring preload adjustment might
not suffice only if the motorcycle
is very heavily loaded. Under
these circumstances, headlight
beam throw has to be adjusted
to suit the weight carried by the
motorcycle.
