SAFETY PRECAUTIONS This manual contains the product’s basic knowledge, use instruction, fault diagnosis and basic trouble shooting methods. In order to better understand and use this product, please take good care of this manual and read it carefully. The purpose of the safety precautions in this manual is to ensure safe and correct use of the unit to minimize risks that could cause serious damage and injury. These safety precautions are divided into WARNINGS and CAUTIONS.

Precautions for Use All repairs, disassembly and modifications should be performed only by qualified technicians. Attempting to perform these yourself could result in a fire, malfunction, and injury. OPERATION Before Use Remove shipping package, tape, etc, and leave doors open to ventilate for a while. The unit is cleaned before shipment. However, clean the compartment interior using warm water then dry it with a soft-cloth after delivery, for the glass parts only use specific products, avoiding the use of water which can leave on the glass residues. Allow the unit to run for about 1 hour to cool before placing items in the cooler.
NOTE: This machine has an internal temperature differential that works as a protection for the compressor. The way the differential works is that at whatever temperature the unit will be set at, the compressor will work and cool the cabinet down until it reaches the chosen set point then it will shut itself up. It will allow a differential of 4 degrees before starting its operation back. The reason is to protect the compressor from doing short cycles (on / off) repetitively.
MAINTENANCE & CLEANING The smooth operation and life of the equipment are mainly determined by correct and regular maintenance. It is much easier to clean on a regular basis than to have to remove stains once they have built up. Cleaning WARNING To prevent any electrical shock hazards or injury by rotating circulation fan, always disconnect the power cord plug from the wall outlet before cleaning.
Periodically remove the shelves from the unit, and clean them with a mild soap and warm water. Rinse under tap afterwards to remove any soap residues. NOTE: Always dry the shelves before placing them back inside the chamber. To ensure the safety, perform the following checks after cleaning. 1. Is the power cord plug firmly inserted into a dedicated wall outlet? Confirm that the plug is not abnormally hot. 2. Check the power cord for cracks and damage.

PROCEDURES OF REPLACING PARTS Change Air Fan Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Remove screws on the fan board, put the whole board down slowly, and disconnect the wire. Remove these 4 screws and take off the fan cover. Remove the screws of the sensor, take off it and the fixed clip. Step 5 Hold up fan board slowly to connect fan wires, collect wire units and tighten fan board.
